I was enjoying Teen Titans, then this happened.

I don’t watch TV, and even if I did want to watch Toonami, I’ve already seen every show they’d broadcast anyway. But I’ll spread the word.
30 Day Anime Challenge Day 21 - Best yandere character.
First I had to look up yandere, then I pondered. My personal favorite is Kagura from Fruits Basket. The first time the viewers see her, she appears sweet and shy.
Two minutes later, she’s beating the crap outta Kyo, whom she claims to love. This happens repeatedly in fact.
She’s not really mentally ill, or violent toward anyone besides Kyo, so I don’t know that she really *is* a yandere character, but this is my answer.

There are so many! But for today I’m going to say Cardcaptor Sakura. Over the course of the anime she developed a great deal while still being a ‘fraidy cat, which I always find awesome.
Also there were all the outfits! Sakura had a wonderful closet and a great variety of costumes. ^_^

- i have no idea what the plot is but i thought the art was nice
